About the Author:
Tommy Tenney (born in 1956) is an American preacher and author, known for his “God Chasers” message.
In his book *The God Chasers* (1998), Tenney describes experiences of having been “in the presence of God,” including an incident in which a pulpit was reportedly split in two by God. He teaches that every Christian must strive for an intimate relationship with God and that supernatural events are a normal consequence of that striving.
He has written more than fifty other books and workbooks, including *Hadassah: One Night with the King* with Mark Andrew Olsen, which was adapted into a film in 2006 under the title *One Night with the King*.
He is the CEO of GodChasers.net, which is based in Pineville, Alexandria, Louisiana. GodChasers.net is part of the parent company HDE.
